Carly Geller

Carly Geller began her real estate career in 2015, fresh out of college. Geller began in New York City at RKF, which was then acquired by Newmark in 2018. She quickly knew retail real estate was the perfect career for her, as it touched upon all of her favorite things — fashion, food, fitness, and knowing the ins and outs of the world's most renowned brands. In 2019, Geller was recognized as Newmark's NYC "Rising Star."

In 2020, Geller made the move cross country and joined Newmark's West LA office. As an integral part of Jay Luchs' team, Geller specializes in retail and office leasing, focusing on tenant and landlord representation alike. She works closely with both emerging and established retailers and brands — not only securing their flagship retail locations, but also sourcing and negotiating their office spaces, helping brands like Staud, Puma, and others establish their footprints in LA. With a vast knowledge of New York City and Los Angeles, Geller is able to help tenants create a bicoastal presence that appropriately reflects their brand's identity. Within LA, she specializes in the neighborhoods of West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice, Malibu, Brentwood, and Culver City.

Geller’s tenant representation roster includes brands such as Puma, KITH, Pura Vida Miami, James Perse, STAUD, H&M, and Gagosian Gallery to name a few. Aside from the many brands she has worked with to find an LA home for — both retail and office — she also loves the work she does on behalf of landlords around LA, including large institutional firms and small family-owned buildings.

In 2024, Geller was proudly chosen as Newmark's LA Region "Rising Star" for her outstanding work and dedication.
