Carly Geller

Carly Geller began her real estate career in 2015, fresh out of college. Starting in New York City at RKF, which then got acquired by Newmark in 2018, Carly quickly knew retail real estate was the perfect career for her, as it touched upon all of her favorite things – fashion, food, fitness and knowing the ins and outs of the world’s most renowned brands. In 2019, Carly was recognized as Newmark’s NYC “Rising Star.”

In 2020, Carly made the move cross country and joined Newmark’s West LA office. As an integral part of Jay Luchs’ team, Carly specializes in retail leasing, focusing on Tenant and Landlord representation alike. She works closely with both emerging and established retailers as well as landlords and developers. With a vast knowledge of New York City and Los Angeles, Carly is able to help tenants create a bicoastal presence to appropriately reflect their brand’s identity on the west coast. Within LA, Carly specializes in the neighborhoods of West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Venice, Malibu, Brentwood, and Culver City.

Some of Carly’s favorite LA deals she has been involved in include transactions with Puma, Veronica Beard, St. John, L’Agence, Pura Vida Miami, Adidas, La La Land Café, Revolve/FWRD, ALC, Fred Segal, Velvet by Graham & Spencer, Moscot Optical, and Foundrae to name a few. Aside from the many brands she has worked with to find an LA home for, she also loves the work she does on behalf of many landlords around LA, including large institutional firms and small family-owned buildings.

In 2024, Carly proudly was chosen as Newmark’s LA Region “Rising Star” for her outstanding work and dedication.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Carly received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
